Cancellation Policy

At herbalance.fit, we offer flexible purchasing options to meet your needs, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy offers. This policy explains how each option works and how you can manage or cancel your order.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a product, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.

• Your payment method will be securely stored, and you’ll be charged automatically for each delivery cycle, unless you choose to pay upfront.

• Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel the renewal at any time before the next billing date.

• You may manage or cancel your subscription through the link provided in your order confirmation email.

• All subscription-related refunds or returns are subject to our Returns Policy.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming or out-of-stock products before they are available.

• We may charge a deposit or store your payment method and bill the full amount once the item ships.

• You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund.

• Once the item has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; however, you may be eligible for a return or refund per our Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy

For eligible items, we offer a try-before-you-buy option.

• Your payment method is authorized, but not charged, when the order is placed.

• You’ll have a trial period (specified at checkout) to try the product.

• If you decide to keep the item, no action is needed—we will charge your card once the trial ends.

• If you choose not to keep it, simply return the product within the trial period to avoid being charged.

• Late returns or items not received will be charged in full.
